How do I make a return?Updated 8 months ago

Please contact [email protected] before sending back your order / parts of your order. When returning from the UK please be aware that we do not cover the return expenses and this will not be refunded. You must send with all costs covered and arrange return shipment from your location to our warehouse. If this does not happen, we cannot accept the return parcel and it will be returned. We recommend sending your return package via DHL.

Remember to get a proof of postage together with a tracking number. Dea Kudibal can not be held liable for packages sent without proof of postage and tracking. 

Goods must be returned unused and must be returned with the original price tag. We strive to uphold an easy and fast return process. Once a return order has been received and accepted, it subsequently takes approximately 14 working days before the refunded amount has been transferred back to the customer’s bank account. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
