Dea Kudibal Help Center

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark, and return orders must be shipped back to Denmark. Duty and VAT is included, but we do not cover return shipping costs.

Where are orders shipped from?

Shipping fees for all orders to the UK incl. duty and VAT: EUR 15,-
 
Fast delivery is important for us, which is why we try to ship all parcels within 2-5 working days. You are always welcome to contact us for accurate information about your order.
If a problem should occur with your order, we will contact you directly by e-mail.

What is your shipping policy?

When returning from the UK please be aware that we do not cover the return expenses. 

Always notify us about your return order at return@deakudibal.dk and wait for a return number.

How can I make a return?

If you wish to exchange an item for another item, size or colour please place a new order for the item you wish for instead.

The unwanted item can be returned for a refund.

Can I exchange an item?

Once we have received your package and approved the return, we will refund the amount to the payment card you used for your purchase within 10 business days. 

Please be aware that we do not send an email to you when your return package is received at our warehouse.

To check if we have received your return package, you can refer to the tracking number on the receipt provided by the carrier who delivered the package to you. 

You will receive an email from us regarding your return,  once it has been processed and a refund has been issued within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take a few additional days for the amount to be available in your bank account, depending on the bank and payment card.
