Please be aware that we do not send an email to you when your return package is received at our warehouse. To check if we have received your return package, you can refer to the tracking number on the receipt provided by the carrier who delivered the package to you. You will receive an email from us regarding your return,  once it has been processed and a refund has been issued within 10 business days.
